Research, sourcing shortlists, and margin math before you commit to a SKU.
Product research to scaling — seventeen departments, one workspace. EcomOS replaces the eight tabs you open every morning with a single system where every brand you run works the same way.
Not another analytics dashboard. Every department is a real part of the business with its own skills, its own outputs, and the same numbers underneath — so nothing has to be reconciled by hand on Friday.
Research, sourcing shortlists, and margin math before you commit to a SKU.
Demand signals, competitor pricing, and ad-library evidence that it will sell.
Name, positioning, voice, and the brand kit every downstream asset inherits.
On-model, lifestyle, and white-background sets generated and retouched to spec.
Theme, sections, PDPs, and the whole storefront build tracked in one place.
Suppliers, samples, freight, and the landed cost of every unit you sell.
Organic posts, email, and the calendar that feeds every channel on schedule.
The offer, the checklist, and the sequencing across store, email, and paid.
Paid creative and angles alongside the ad accounts spending against them.
Channels, marketplaces, and partners that put the product in front of buyers.
Offers, popups, and PDP experiments all pointed at the same rate.
AOV, bundles, subscriptions, and the pricing structure behind them.
One set of numbers — net revenue, margin, and cohorts, pulled from the store.
Flows, winbacks, and the lifecycle work that makes the second order happen.
Chargebacks, policy, trademark, and the account risk nobody wants to own.
The experiment backlog, what shipped, and what it actually moved.
Team, SOPs, and the systems that still hold when volume doubles.
Most operators run a stack of tools that disagree with each other by the end of the week, and re-learn every one of them for each new brand. EcomOS is the opinionated layer underneath.
The seventeen departments and eighty-four skills come from operating real Shopify stores, not from a whiteboard exercise. The structure earned its shape.
A department is not a report you read. Brief it and skills run — drafting the PDP, sweeping the ad library, building the flow — and hand back something finished.
Add a workspace per brand. Same departments, same skills, separate data. What you learn running the fifth store applies on day one of the sixth.
EcomOS is a module of AIOS, not a separate product with its own bill. Your integrations, members, and billing are shared with every other system you use.
No, and the page says so on purpose. EcomOS is in early access and shipping department by department — the workspace, dashboard, stores, and product surfaces are live, and the remaining departments appear in the sidebar as they land. The seventeen-department model and the skill library are real today; the in-app UI for every one of them is not yet.
No. Shopify stays your storefront and checkout. EcomOS is the operating layer above it — the place where research, branding, content, launches, acquisition, retention, and reporting actually get done, connected to the store rather than replacing it.
Shopify and Klaviyo first, since that is where most of an operator's day already lives, with more connectors added as departments light up. Credentials are stored per workspace and encrypted — connecting a second brand never exposes the first.
That is the design. Each brand is its own workspace with its own data, connectors, and members, all under one account and one subscription.
Yes. AIOS ships an MCP server, so Claude can read and act on your workspace directly — the same logic the web app uses, driven from a conversation. Members also get the Claude Code skill packages.
EcomOS is included with an AIOS membership rather than sold separately. One subscription covers every module you are entitled to; cancelling revokes all of them.
Every module shares the same login, the same subscription, and the same integrations. Add the ones you need as the work grows.
