The operating system for client work

From sourced lead to signed retainer to delivered work — one pipeline instead of a spreadsheet, an inbox, and a folder of proposals. AgencyOS is the service-business half of AIOS.

Lead generation is live because it is where agency work actually starts. Outreach, proposals, and delivery are marked soon below until they ship.

Built around the way agency work actually arrives.

Client work is a pipeline problem at the front and a delivery problem at the back, and most agencies run those two halves in tools that never meet.

01

Dashboard

Pipeline, active clients, and what needs a decision this week.

02

Leads

Sourced and inbound leads, qualified against your own fit criteria.

03

Outreachsoon

First touch and follow-up, tracked so nobody gets messaged twice.

04

Proposalssoon

Scope, pricing, and terms generated from the work you actually do.

05

Clientssoon

Every account with its contacts, contracts, and current temperature.

06

Deliverablessoon

What was promised, what shipped, and what is still open.

07

Retainerssoon

Hours and scope against the fee, so scope creep shows up early.

08

Reportingsoon

Client-facing recaps built from the work, not rewritten each month.

09

Teamsoon

Who is on what, and how much capacity is actually left.

Why AgencyOS

The pipeline and the delivery, finally in one place.

An agency that cannot see capacity while it is selling will keep signing work it cannot deliver. That is a tooling problem before it is a discipline problem.

01

Lead generation first, on purpose

The lead surface shipped before the pretty parts because an agency with no pipeline does not need a proposal template.

02

Sold work knows its delivery

Proposals become deliverables and retainers rather than PDFs that stop existing the moment they are signed.

03

A workspace per roster

Run your own agency and a sub-brand, or keep client rosters separate, with the same structure and separate data.

04

One bill for the whole stack

AgencyOS shares the AIOS login, subscription, and integrations. Adding it does not add a vendor.

Questions

Before you ask.

What works today?

The workspace, the dashboard, and the leads surface — lead records are stored per workspace and can be qualified against your own criteria. Outreach, proposals, clients, deliverables, retainers, reporting, and team are marked soon on this page.

Is this for agencies or freelancers?

Both, and the difference matters less than the shape of the work. If you sell scoped services on a repeating basis, the pipeline-to-delivery model fits.

How is this different from BusinessOS?

BusinessOS models a company you run. AgencyOS models work you do for other people — proposals, retainers, deliverables, and client-facing reporting. Many people will use both.

Can clients log in?

Not yet. Client-facing access is a roadmap item; today AgencyOS is an internal workspace with client-facing output.

One platform

AgencyOS is one of eight systems.

Every module shares the same login, the same subscription, and the same integrations. Add the ones you need as the work grows.

Sell it and deliver it in one system.

AgencyOS is included with your AIOS membership, and grows as departments ship.
